Regardless of which face oil you are using, skincare experts agree that you should press the oil onto your skin rather than rubbing it onto the skin.  Here’s a few more face oil beauty tips that you may find helpful!

  • Apply Face Oil after Serum but before moisturizer. (depending upon your skin type, you may not need to follow with a moisturizer)
  • Face Oils can be used Day & Night
  • Add a little bit of your Face Oil to your Shampoo for healthy, shiny hair!
  • Massage your cuticles with a drop of your face oil and massage over the nails for a healthy shine
  • Add a few drops to your body lotion for added hydration

  1. Amazing post! I have been wanting to try facial oils but there are so many in the market I thought anyone would do. But the way you have categorized for different skin types its really great. I will check the ones you have mentioned. 🙂 Thanks for sharing your knowledge. 🙂

  2. Wow such an informative post!
I have oily skin, it developed this year after taking steroids for an allergic reaction! I’ve never heard of using oils before! I’m not sure I would be a fan of the feeling on my face. I use an oil based make up remover and I absolutely hate the feeling! If I could across oils in Korea, I’ll definitely give it a go!

    • I know what you mean. I’ve tried cleansing oils and I don’t like them. Face oils are an entirely different texture and feeling on the face. If you try one, let me know how you like it!???

  3. There are so many oils out there it can be overwhelming! Thanks for breaking them down! I have been washing and moisturizing with coconut oil and almond oil. I will give some of these others a try too!
