Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisified with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange (for goods) your purchase within 30 days of your purchase for goods and 60 days of your purchase for services/advertising.

Refund Policy (for Goods)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3235 Rena St #342, Pigeon Forge, TN, 37863, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy (for Advertising/Marketing Services)

For one time purchase services:  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.  For questions regarding a refund, please contact us here.

For Recurring Orders/Services/Memberships:  You may cancel your recurring order at any time using any of the contact methods listed here.  After requesting cancellation, you will not be charged again.  We do not offer refunds on recurring orders/services/membership fees that have already processed prior to the date of cancellation.
