This October I’m trying out nine new Beauty Products in my Beauty Bag! A few have become favorites and one has become a desert island product for me! Finding their way into my Bag this month are Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor Metallic Finish, Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate Moss Nude, Collection Lipstick, Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Eyeshadow, Wet n Wild Megaglo Highlighter, Laura Geller Baked Blush-n-Brighten, La Roche-Posay Anthelios-Aqx Daily Antioxidant Serum, Soap & Glory Hand Food Hand Cream, Josie Maran Argan Creamy Concealer Crayon and Maybelline Brow Drama Pomade Crayon.

What’s In My Beauty Bag This Month?
Josie Maran Argan Creamy Concealer Crayon
FAVORITE! This concealer pencil is a dream! It is ultra creamy and provides full coverage. It covers redness & flaws, brightens under the eyes and is extremely blendable. Doesn’t dry or settle into fine lines & wrinkles. And I love the convenience of the pencil which comes with a self-sharpening, twist-up tip. Josie Maran Argan Creamy Concealer Crayon. They were out of fair & light so I bought the medium shade. It is a bit dark for my fair skin so I use it for contouring and I will purchase another in light for concealing!
Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor Metallic Finish
This is a new version of the classic Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor. They are now available in Metallic Finishes. These matte lipcolors are fantastic. This is NOT your grandma’s matte! They glide on flawlessly and don’t feel or look dry on the lips (even over 40 lips!) If you haven’t tried Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolors, you can read my review of them here. The new Metallic Finish HD Matte Lipcolor is available in 8 shades. The metallic finish is not overpowering and if you want to jump on the Metallic Lip bandwagon, this is a good option. I purchased this in the shade Glow Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor Metallic Finish which is a nude pink.
Maybelline Brow Drama Pomade Crayon
This brow pomade crayon is super easy. It literally takes 30 seconds to apply. Just glide over your brow and blend. Reapply to your desired coverage. Comes in Blonde (this is the shade I use), Auburn, Soft Brown and Deep Brown.
Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate Moss Nude Collection Lipstick
FAVORITE! This lipstick is soft & creamy and lasts several hours. And it’s really affordable at around $5.00! The Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate Moss Nude Collection Lipstick is available in 10 trendy & stylish Nude Shades. I use Nude 41 which is a very light nude pink.
Soap & Glory Hand Food Hand Cream
If you’ve used the Soap & Glory Body Butter, this hand cream is the same fabulous pink fragrance! Formulated with shea butter, macadamia oil and marshmallow Soap & Glory Hand Food Hand Cream is super hydrating and you’ll smell great! I love the packaging of all the Soap & Glory products, they’re just fun and PINK!
Wet n Wild Megaglo Highlighter
FAVORITE! Just when I thought I couldn’t love Wet n Wild Megaglo Highlighters any more than I already did…. I finally got my hands on Royal Calyx and OMG!!! It rocks! Royal Calyx is a light to medium lavender with cool undertones. I was a bit skeptical about trying the lavender shade but I am SO glad I did. It is now my favorite one (although the others are REALLY good too). Absolutely beautiful on the skin, Royal Calyx provides such a pretty lit from within glow and it brightens the skin. I even use this on my eyes as an eyeshadow. At under $5.00, you cannot beat the Wet n Wild Megaglo Highlighters. In my opinion, they are just as good as some of the higher end brands.
Laura Geller Baked Blush-n-Brighten
This blush is creamy & soft and it has anti-aging ingredients and antioxidants! It’s really easy to apply and blends well. I purchased this in Peach Delight, a medium pink with warm yellow undertones and a frosted finish. It provides a really nice sheer flush and a pretty glow.
La Roche-Posay Anthelios-Aqx Daily Antioxidant Serum Spf50
FAVORITE! This serum has become a desert island product for me! What a genius creation by La Roche-Posay! This serum combines broad spectrum SPF 50 protection and a high-potent antioxidant complex. It helps to visibly improve the appearance of fine lines, dark spots and skin texture while at the same time providing great sun protection! This is a real time saver – 1 step before your makeup which I really appreciate and love! This serum absorbs easily into the skin, isn’t greasy and leaves a nice healthy, glow to the skin.
Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Eyeshadow
FAVORITE! This is a liquid eyeshadow formulated with coconut water. Of course, when I saw the magic words… coconut water, I HAD to have this! It is so easy to use. You just dip the wand applicator into the jar and dot, dot, dot… across your eyelid. Then take your finger and blend. That’s it! Less than 30 seconds and you are done. I purchased this in the color Rio De Rose Gold which is a shimmering pink gold and it is beautiful. It has a bit of the metallic look that is so popular right now. It doesn’t crease, smudge or smear and lasts all day. This product delivers!
