Best Drugstore Concealers

Searching for the perfect concealer has been an obsession of mine.

In my quest to find the best drugstore concealers and the best department store concealers, I have tried many, many brands!  If I had a bag full of the money I’ve spent over the years on concealers.. Well, you know how that goes..I’d be on a beach somewhere!!

As I’ve gotten older, it’s become even more of a challenge.  Now I’ve got to consider, is it going to settle into fine lines or appear to cakey?  If you haven’t reached “that” age yet, well .. you’ve got something to look forward to!  LOL?  Fortunately, I have had some luck in finding a few good concealers that I really love and three of the best ones came from the drugstore!

So What ARE the Best Drugstore Concealers?

I’ll reveal them below along with a brief review of each one.

Best Drugstore Concealers
From Left to RightMaybelline Instant Age Rewind, Maybelline Dream Brightening Creamy Concealer, Revlon Photoready Concealer

This is a great concealer if you’ve got dark circles, under eye bags or want to look less tired.  It does a good job of brightening the under eye area and doesn’t settle into fine lines or wrinkles.  Covers well and lasts all day.  You can use it in other areas on your face where you want a brightening effect such as around the nose or under/over the brows.  The sponge applicator on this concealer makes application and blending a dream!   Comes in 4 shades,  Fair, Light, Medium & Honey.  They also have a neutralizer and brightener which I have not tried but I plan on it!

This concealer comes in a stick form and is very creamy.  This is a good “all-purpose” concealer.  It does a great job of brightening the under eye area, covering any redness or imperfections and blends flawlessly.  It doesn’t settle into fine lines and lasts all day.  The stick form is perfect for on the go touchups!  Comes in 6 shades, Fair, Light, Light/Medium, Medium, Medium/Deep & Deep.

Another good multi-tasker.  This concealer has a good creamy texture that blends easily and covers well.  Doesn’t settle into fine lines and wrinkles. I did find that I needed a “touch up” mid-day.  Overall, this is a good concealer for the price.  Comes in 6 shades, Fair, Light, Light/Medium, Medium, Medium/Deep & Deep.
